SHIPPING + RETURNS

WHERE IS THE PICK-UP IN STORE LOCATION? HOW LONG AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO PICK-UP?

We have a storefront in Kalamazoo, MI called Curate + Co. Your order will be ready to pick up 2 hours after you place it online, this ensure us time to pull the items and package them up for you. Please make sure you only select this option if you plan to pick-up in store. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We now ship to Canada! See below for more information on our carriers and estimated deliveries.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We process your order in 2-3 business days, after which it will ship out via UPS Ground/USPS Priority Mail (in the USA) or USPS First Class Mail to Canada. You will receive an email notification once we ship out your order for tracking convenience, estimated shipping time varies by destination. Please email us at curateandcompany@gmail.com if you require rush shipping. 

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit. All USPS/UPS tracking inquiries should be directed to USPS/UPS customer service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you are completely satisfied with your order and want to ensure the utmost experience for you/the recipient. If you are not satisfied with your order, we do offer a 30 day return option on all items with the exception of our curated gift boxes and any opened beauty items.* If returning items of clothing, please make sure to leave all tags on the items. If you do need to return your order, just contact us at curateandcompany@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping and we do not offer price adjustments. 

If the return is a result of an error (contents become damaged during delivery, wrong shipment, etc), we will happily accommodate the situation with a box/product replacement or refund. Please notify us immediately at curateandcompany@gmail.com given the above, so that we can remedy the situation asap. 

*Given the nature and care put into our curated gift boxes, they are final sale. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on opened or used apothecary items for hygiene reasons. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer free exchange shipping on clothing items. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size, just shoot us an email at curateandcompany@gmail.com and we'll assist you asap.

Beautiful custom gold foil stationery as the perfect canvas for your gift message, a letterpress gift tag, assurance of our personal touch with each order - these are just a few of the details that make our gift boxes so unique and thoughtful.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Yes! All orders (boxes and any of our featured products) include a custom gift note option. Just fill out the gift message box before check out and we'll be sure to handwrite and tuck inside the package.

WHAT INSPIRED THE CURATE BOX?

Jackson Pollock. Our brand is modern and who better to emulate than one of the most influential artists of this movement?

The energy and emotion Pollock created through his work is what we hoped to capture in the design. Hence, our own “splatter and drip” print was created and plays out in many details, both in and outside the box, all for the recipient to discover. A cheeky nod to this dynamic figure, we hope you enjoy this custom box creation as much as we do…after all, shouldn’t the packaging look just as chic as the treasures inside? 

WHY THE NAME CHANGE FROM CURATE CHICAGO TO CURATE + CO?

Although Chicago is still the home base of Curate's founders - we felt the name Curate + Company better encompasses our full brand (website, store, gifting and more). We wanted to make things more seamless for our customers, whether they are shopping online or in store. Plus, what's made Curate what it is today is the + Company - meaning all the talented, creative people who have helped us along the way!
