Can I purchase your products online?
Of course! Check out our web shop at curate-chicago.com or by clicking the “Shop” button on our site’s header. We even have a “buy online, pick up in store” button for your shopping ease.
Where can I park?
There are a couple street parking spots in front of the shop and on the Kalamazoo Mall, in addition to a number of metered parking spots throughout downtown. Did we mention a parking garage? There’s one just down the street on South St.
Do I have to sign up for a class or can I just drop-in?
We do require you to sign up and purchase tickets in advance for our workshops (deadlines for each workshop registration are outlined on the class profile page). We purchase all the materials beforehand so this allows us to have everything we need for the class.
However, we do host in-store events throughout the week that do not require your RSVP, i.e. Story Hour & Saturday Coffee Chats. Check out calendar for more info on weekly events.
What if I can't make it to the class, will you refund my ticket?
We have a 3-day cancellation window on all classes. If you do need to cancel within that timeframe, please feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email – we’ll be happy to process your refund.
However, after that point, all ticket sales are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding in this policy as this allows us to prep and purchase materials for each class accordingly.
